WELCOME

MY CO EMPLOYEES, MY BROTHERS AND SISTERS,

IN MY LAST 25 YEARS SERVICE IN THE GOVERNMENT I HAD SO MANY QUESTIONS UN ANSWERED, WHERE RULES POSITION WERE NOT CLEAR AND THE POSITION TAKEN BY THE OFFICE HAD NOT BEEN SARISFACTORY. WHILE I INTERPRETED THE RULE IN A PARTICULAR MANNER AS PER MY UNDER STANDING IT WAS DONE OTHER WISE AND NO WXPLANATION WAS GIVEN . WITH RTI AND NEW AWARENESS AMONGST MY CO EMPLOYEES AND GLOBAL ACCESS OF ALL PEOPLE WE MAY EXCHANGE INFORMATION, QUERIES, SUGGESTIONS, ETC NOT MERELY DEPENDING UPON OUR STAFF ASSOCIATIONS TO DO THE NEEDFUL.
